Even law guarantees a right to strike. 1952, nazi judge Hans Carl Nipperdey disagrees. 2022, judge Thomas Kühn agrees with him. Shame! Germany was given the chance to clear its name, but once again played the blind/deaf/mute. We keep fighting for an unrestricted right to strike!

This will also cut a lot of hour that drivers need to be able to pay for rent and groceries. So far Thuisbezorgd has yet to explain this decision and the drivers are understandably upset. So join the union, together we stand strong. We can change things by showing unity!

Yesterday we received the news that Thuisbezorgd removed the option of shift swaps without any transition time. This removes a lot of flexibility for the drivers while management still expects drivers to be flexible with working longer.
