@DamirVrc @LauraMiers @uzo_actually For me, I was 18 and this stuff was "explained" to me by the school, which had an interest in ensuring I attended rather than ensuring I understood what I was signing up for.

"Your degree will earn a high salary; you'll have no trouble paying your loan off, probably early!"

@TheRideshareGuy While insurance is a passthrough fee now, it was not in the past, and saying the take rate is that low seems to be dishonest. I know you remember when their fee was 20% + a fixed booking fee.
