We used this with @RidgeFricks for a command bullpen leading up to lives. A touch and feel to get locked in to punch hitters out.

Utilizing the nets Ridge was able to increase his strike % from…

54% ➡️80% ✅

…in this bullpen strictly from adding the screens. (Notice the difference in position from sinker to slider 👀)

His direct feedback was “I am able to see where my pitches have to start and what tunnel they need to be to execute them”

Giving pitchers the visual can be a game changer!
