Everyone else seems to recognise it. Why can’t we? Since it replaces cognac and soda over 100 years ago the Blend has been crafted to share with friends and to drink however each wishes. Better still it means not buying loads of malts to try but never satisfy everyone’s tastes

In the 18 years since I set up Taste and Flavour, while training has helped take wines from an occasional glass to a regular and informed habit, only one bar manager/owner has year in and year out and every month put his hand in his own pocket to fund training
