As expected and told earlier another refund request has been created by Flipkart 7th time and they will cancell in next couple of days because they are intended to cancel every time and will mark issue resolved. Height of making fun of customer patience.

One more thing I forgot to mention that why the return will be cancelled because seller does not want to return no matter it's under flipkart policy the seller will reject and again flipkart will create another return it's happening since last 18 days.

Yeh dekhiye maine pahle hi bola tha ki phir se cancel hoga yeh inhone mera return 6 bar reject kar diya aur maje ki baat refund issue troubleshooting se resolve dikha rahe hai, yeh toh mahanta ki had hai.

@flipkartsupport No, I am not asking for an update. It's about 6th times cancellation of my refund and marking my issue as resolved 6th time showing the refund issue resolved after troubleshooting. 17 days already passed and I spend more than 50 hours with flipkart customer support team

Yes it's true. I am also facing same situation. I have been waiting since last 17 days and 6 times it's got cancelled by Flipkart and marked issue resolved. Again when I call flipkart they created another return and then the same cycl starts on e again

I call @Flipkart @flipkartsupport daily, but every time they create a return request and schedule the pickup for 5 days. On the last day, the delivery partner or Flipkart cancels it. This has happened 5 times already, and I still haven't received any proper response ph9155137522
