One Simple Law That Protects Our Investment in America

Make it permanent: No H-1B or any other temporary work visa holder can ever collect Social Security or Medicare retirement benefits. Period.

They are not here to retire. They are replacing an American and therefore also need to replace their contributions in every way, but get zero back.

That is it. One rule.

These are temporary workers. They are expected to leave when their visa ends.

Our parents and grandparents paid payroll taxes for decades so the trust funds would be there for American retirees. Now millions of temporary visa workers pay in for a few years and speed up the drain after getting a green card while native-born Americans who funded the system the longest see delays and cuts.

This law protects the investment generations actually built. Temporary means temporary no lifetime claim on our benefits.
