DON'T BRING THESE HABITS INTO 2026 (if you are going through sade sati):
1 * Living without a routine
* Saturn loves structure. Chaos in your day creates chaos in your mind.
2* Feeding your anxiety with caffeine
* Sade Sati naturally increases mental pressure (Vata imbalance). Stimulants make the "overthinking loop" worse.
3 * Letting your body get stiff
* Saturn rules the joints and bones. Staying sedentary leads to chronic aches and "stuck" energy. You must move to release the heaviness.
4* Eating cold or dry foods
* Your digestion slows down during this transit. Warm, cooked meals ground you; cold, raw foods increase instability.
5* Suppressing your fear
* Saturn forces you to face reality. Ignoring stress during this time leads to physical burnout. Acknowledge the fear, then work through it.
6 * Neglecting your calcium and protein
* Saturn governs the skeletal structure. If you don't build your physical vessel now, you will feel physically weak under the pressure.
7* Isolating yourself in the dark
* Sade Sati can make you feel lonely and depressive. Staying indoors amplifies this. You need the Sun (the soul) to counterbalance the gloom.
8* Dehydration
* Saturn is a cold, dry planet. Not drinking water/electrolytes accelerates the "drying out" of your skin, joints, and energy levels.
9 * Doom-scrolling before sleep
* Sleep is your only true escape to recharge. Flooding your brain with blue light and bad news destroys your nervous system recovery.
10* Thinking you are being punished, rather than prepared.
* The most dangerous habit during Sade Sati is playing the victim. Stop letting your old ego fight the transformation.
One thing you can do for yourself today:
Pick one point from this list (like hydration or movement) and master it this week. Saturn rewards consistent, small efforts over grand, one-time gestures.

Life is fucking electric bro. Don’t get trapped in your own head. Most of the limits are ones you put there yourself. Walk around curious. Talk to people. Make the move. Take the risk. Build something. See what happens.
There is way more open space than you think.
@Harsh_797@arafatkamaal Believe me its bad, man can't get into any physics honors program from a prestigious college because of low total in aggregate for PCM. Instead became a SWE.🤡. Pure joke.
@arafatkamaal The lack of history, philosophy and also the way maths book are written..... Curiosity comes from asking the question Why(its history) not spoon feeding the answer.

@arafatkamaal I enjoyed physics and scored above 90, but only managed around 70 in maths. Looking back, I don't think I was that bad at maths if I were, my physics marks would've suffered too. The difference was that I was introduced to the history of physics, never the history of mathematics
