Working with oversea talents may mean having them to do trips when on-site presence is needed. Meanwhile there're already tons of talents available locally.

Fyi, not all EN or ID know or learn japanese and no one ever forced them to.

@TheDeepWeeb @diego1marcus The branchs are gone but ID or EN or any other language speakers can still debut. Existing talents will continue their usual activities "at worst". Getting all upset in the mean time will just consume you.

One positive example I can think is on ID side there is slim hope to see a new gen of ID debuting for example but now you may see a new ID speaking talent debuting in the same gen as JP or EN or any other language speakers.

The JP side are for JP audience originally, EN ID were for EN ID audience respectfully. They don't have to "reach out" actually, it's individual choice.

@TheDeepWeeb @diego1marcus Do you think stuffing 60+ talents in 12 or even 24 episodes is a good idea? The project has started 5 years ago and jp talents are more available locally for supervising and stuffs. Even if affiliations remain separate the lineup itself likely wouldn't change.

If you talk about feeling "one-side" then ID fans should feel it most since their oshis mostly talk in English.

EN also doesn't introduce themselve in ID don't they ? So by that logic should they start learning ID?

@nako_FWMC I get it, but getting a "next season" is often a wait-and-see game. Even popular anime series don't get a next season or it takes years to make one so it really depends on a lot of factors. Hope the Holo anime does well enough to get greenlighted for more.
