Guilt from generations of persecution of certain groups to keep their tribe at the top.
Speaks to them having a more active conscious when other tribes will butcher their own people and move along with their day.
Guilt can be toxic to the soul and can drive people insane if not managed appropriately.
In this case its a deadly mix of marxist ideology of oppressor vs oppressed contributing to the problem.
@sleepy_devo A communist not understanding the concept of owning and working on something that you own and putting in effort to maintain it.
How concerning.
Trump doesn't want to pull the lever because he doesn't want to leave a legacy of a would be dictator his enemies paint him to be.
Trouble is the longer he lets that thought plague his mind the less effective his legacy will be in hindsight when it comes to domestic issues.
@BretWeinstein They are going to roll him out in 2028 as a viable candidate. Their market research says he has traction even though said traction is limited to social media likes.
I've effectively given up on any Christian religious institution ever coming back to its roots of perspective and value to society.
Decentralized locality is the way forward me thinks.
Now if only I could find a church in deep blue Massachusetts that isn't rainbow people or mormons.
@DAKKADAKKA1 Take it all away. All the US will have left is people willing to commit to the American experiment properly.
That's the type of people you want to build a functional Republic.
Not necessarily. If I had to guess I would say that type of person only relates to the politics that aligns with their shitty values. They tend to not have well thought out coherent arguments for said opinions.
I'm likely bias as I live in a deep blue part of the US. So on average shitty behavior is accompanied by liberal view points just by the numbers.
@Nutguy2100 Political normies like the pop song, food and video game normies are most easily swayed by someone with a modicum of charisma and closely related perspectives on life alongside the flashing lights equivalent of generally popular political sentiments.
@Biscuithammer0@DAKKADAKKA1 That's a strange perspective but its your own I guess.
Personally coming from a communist country and living in the US both sides tend to have people like that but never to that extreme as a norm.
Certainly not to say that its obviously someone right wing.
As you get older your clarity of thought and appreciation of life and its beauty should increase.
It's sad to witness people turn into jaded loathsome creatures who externalize their internal pain instead of working though it.
They will also actively campaign for it through subtle ways and not so subtle ways.
There is also a whole subset of predators who identify as lgbt who get off on 'turning' young men and women.
The culture around it especially when it came to discrimination was the perfect shield for criminals and evil to use.
@RealZer0Cool@DAKKADAKKA1 Oh its the path of least resistance for them, Imagine growing up having your parents do everything for you and you squander it by barely even working hard in life.
So they have this entitlement and then the woke leftist indoctrination hits.
It's quite the combination.
37 years ago today, the CCP launched its brutal crackdown on the peaceful student-led protests in Tiananmen Square. What made this atrocity especially shocking was that it unfolded before the eyes of the world, broadcast live on TV.
In the decades since, the CCP has worked relentlessly to erase this chapter of history. Many younger Chinese have little knowledge of this horrific event, and this year, for the first time, authorities banned families from visiting the public cemetery where many victims are buried.
Meanwhile, here in the U.S., leftists attempt to rewrite history by drawing false comparisons between rioters and the Chinese students who stood up to a tyrannical regime, and between ICE enforcing immigration law and the CCP’s military opening fire on protesters.
We must not forget the history and horror of the Tiananmen Square massacre. We must teach future generations about the horrors of communism and how precious liberty truly is.
