Yes and no. FNAF is the main headliner, but the story is continuing regardless. We’re getting new quests from Geno, something we didn’t even have last year so it’s good that they’re keeping everything going.

These TVs are not.

The Nothing’s only motif related to anything “human” is just a singular eye not some stereotypical evil halloween face.

But even if it isn't "The Nothing," it's 100% related to Geno. There's no way those new Geno voice quests on Thursday are going to completely ignore the whole "Evil Face" thing. That would mean Fortnitemares simply doesn't exist as far as the story goes, or something like that.
