Even recruiters add it to their job advertisements, ‘direct entry encouraged to apply’ or ‘direct entry considered’. Constant battle, this piece will assist and I’ll share widely.

@Anna202184 Yes it is. I manage a hospital Midwifery Group Practice in South Australia. We offer home births too. The issue is not just where they live but more so the health and social issues certain postcodes are more susceptible too. This often excludes women.
