A lot of people on my TL talking about how to manage OCD and unfortunately the answer is simple: exposure and response prevention. It’s one of the most miserable modalities on earth but it sadly is the only thing that works

Hot take: If you don't believe anyone can change for the better, that should apply to you too. That means if you do anything bad, guess you should never forgive yourself and always see yourself as bad
I think cancel culture has ruined how people view others online. It feels like people think you have to have a completely spotless record, and can't do anything slightly imperfect, or else you're fully irredeemable, when that's just not true
i hate callout culture i hate the obsessive need to purity test every person alive i hate how easily someone changes from being a person to being an acceptable target i hate how little it takes to justify ruining someones life permanently
I realized my CPTSD made me a really easy person to take advantage of because I genuinely thought discomfort was just the price of being loved. Someone crosses a boundary? Maybe I'm overreacting. Someone makes me feel like shit? They probably didn't mean it. Someone keeps hurting me? Well, nobody's perfect. It's honestly horrifying how much I tolerated just because it felt familiar.
