Day 4 of chasing my goals as an 13 y/oEntrepreneur.

Most small business owners do not lose customers because they do not deliver their service or product efficiently. They lose customers in the period between "Hi, is it open?" and getting a response. A missed call during an appointment, an instant message on a Sunday, an email unopened till Monday.

What I realized today: I spent hours hunting for the "perfect" SaaS idea.

That's a trap. Money doesn't have to come from one place. So I'm running it from three: Superwired for clients, the apps I've already built, and the next SaaS (I have one idea, hunting for another).
Also building an app with some other teenagers.
