Reach A Hand Africa is excited to announce our partnership with @Purplemind65479 and @RightArmUganda for the first edition of the Vijana Leadership Workshop 2026.

On 25th July, over 500 young leaders will come together for a full day dedicated to leadership, growth, and purpose. Beyond building leadership skills, this workshop speaks to the importance of good health and well-being, recognizing that strong leaders are also mentally healthy, resilient, and supported individuals.

Because empowering young people isn’t just about building skills; it’s about nurturing their minds too. We can’t wait for what this workshop will bring.

At Airfield High School, Right Arm Uganda didn't just talk about civic responsibility, we helped organize the process itself. Election campaigns. Actual elections. Oversight from start to finish.

RAU helped organize campaigns, ran the elections, and oversaw the process end to end.
Students walked away understanding why choosing leaders matters. Candidates understood what leadership actually asks of them.
