📌 1. Thuế 0,1%
Cá nhân chuyển nhượng tài sản mã hóa sẽ chịu thuế TNCN 0,1% trên giá trị mỗi lần bán, tương tự cách tính thuế giao dịch chứng khoán. Thuế được tính trên giá trị chuyển nhượng, không phụ thuộc bạn lãi hay lỗ.

📌 2. Không chịu VAT
Hoạt động chuyển nhượng tài sản mã hóa không thuộc diện chịu thuế VAT theo quy định hiện hành.

📌 3. P2P, Binance, mua USDT có bị cấm?
Đến thời điểm hiện tại, chưa có văn bản chính thức quy định cấm P2P, chặn Binance hay cấm người dùng mua USDT trên các sàn quốc tế. Vì vậy, hãy cẩn trọng với những thông tin lan truyền trên mạng chưa được xác thực.
