Another 300mh PR to add to my PR streak, 3rd overall!! Also first time doing 4x1 and came 1st overall!! This meet had its ups and done but finished strong with 2 medals and a team plaque 🙌🏽🙌🏽 @KO_Track_CC @koxctfbc

The @KleinOak Track squads handled business today at The Montgomery Relays!! Girls took home the Team Championship and the boys took Third!!

So grateful to be able to run at such a prestigious meet. Only ran the 300mh today. I achieved another Pr (46.45) placed 20th overall!! Some things I still need to work on but still happy with my performance. Onto Montgomery Relays..

SAM MOSLEY RELAYS: I competed in
-Hj (5’0), 4x2(25.3), 300mh(47.2), 4x4(1.02) Decent meet today, first time doing 4x2 had a great handoff and spilt, and a last minute switch into 4x4 with a decent spilt held the lead and a new official Pr in 300mh. Next focus Texas A&M relays..

🥈in 100 shuttle relay (16.34 spilt), 🥈in 300 shuttle relay (45.2 spilt). Great way to open the season, striving to get better every meet.
