@MartinSLewis They also told me on the call that it was an IT error being rectified. when I said I could see other peoples bank details/ transaction ref numbers and other identifiable information they seemed very surprised! Really poorly handled in my opinion. Complaint has been submitted.
@MartinSLewis Why they didn’t restrict the apps and lock them down immediately when the incident was identified I don’t know, when I got through at 8:15am they couldn’t answer why they hadn’t restricted app access.
Do you use the Lloyds, Bank of Scotland or Halifax apps? People have been messsaging me this morning of being shown other peoples transactions. I want to see how widespread this is. Has it happened to you. If so
a) What are you seeing? Which app.
b) If it is someone elses transactions does it give any of their details too (name, account number etc)?
@LloydsBank serious data breach this morning, have someone else’s bank details and transactions in my online banking, and was able to screenshot this. If i can see there information who can see mine. Fed up with the lack of human to talk to, what is going on!
Good luck to everyone getting their GCSE results today. We hope you get the results you were hoping for!

@knowhowtohelp Luckily we did Leanne, our local store had one back in stock and they swapped it. Just a shame we wasted money back and forth Cambridge :(
