नाम इसलिए नहीं बताए, क्योंकि सभी दरिंदे ‘अपने’ हैं। नोएडा के जिन चैनल्स की बात हो रही है, उनमें तो इतना भी माद्दा नहीं है कि बलात्कारी को संस्कारी बताने पर ही सवाल उठा पाते। उनकी औक़ात का तभी पता चल गया था जब बलात्कारी दरिंदों को मालाएँ पहनाई गईं और इन चैनल्स ने उस पर चर्चा तक करना ज़रूरी नहीं समझा। क्योंकि ऐसा निर्लज्ज कृत्य करने वाले ‘दूसरे’ नहीं थे।

एक सुनहरा दौर था जब दूरदर्शी, शिक्षित, प्रगतिशील विवेकशील प्रधानमंत्री विदेश जाते थे तो उनके लिए बड़े-बड़े यूनिवर्सिटी में लेक्चर और खुली प्रेस कांफ्रेंस रखी जाती थी। वो जहाज में भी प्रेस वार्ता करते थे।

अब वाले गप्पू विदेश जाते है तो मेलोडी की बचकानी हरकत, अनर्गल तुकबंदी, उल्टे सीधे लिखे खरीदे हुए मेडल, म्यूजिक और नाचने-गाने के प्रोग्राम रखे जाते हैं। ये विदेश नीति तो हरगिज नहीं हो सकती।
