@etihad Really disappointed in the disjointed teams which fail to tackle customer complaints, stating they do not have internal communications and force customers to repeat issues that increase the frustration. Really poor in a competitive marketplace.
@EtihadHelp It’s the same message which I have responded to Nala, to clarify you have copies of the emails and my booking reference. ETIHAD need to be able to communicate cross departmentally, not sending links to consumers that either do not work or a spiral of delays. Resolution is request
@EtihadHelp Nala, pointless, ETIHAD has had information and emails, plus images of emails. ETIHAD just needs to correct issues and respond to the issues they caused please. No to DM.
