@BatisteHair although I love the dry shampoo…my new can keeps doing this and it’s horrible to use and gets everywhere! I don’t have a receipt so I can’t return to the retailer.

@NortonSupport Please follow me or send me a message so I can communicate via direct message.

[Rikki @RikMar14]

@Norton_UK Please tell me how to send a refund request when your support website is faulty? Continuously takes you back to the same support page going around in circles!

@EalingCouncil My scheduled and paid for bully waste collection was not collected today. Please advise when this will be collected.

@LozzaFox @Barclays Barclays is the most appalling bank…EVER. They closed our school PTA account with no notice as it was inactive during COVID (obviously inactive) and now trying to recover the £6k of money we raised is near impossible. Thieves.

Hi everyone,
My cat Bumi has gone missing— if anyone has seen a Tabby cat in the #southall #ub1 #westlondon area please dm
He’s also microchipped! Hopefully he can be found soon

[Rikki @RikMar14]

@BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays I would also like to add that your staff in branch are incredibly unhelpful and rude. Not one member of staff in my local branch, where the account was opened, was able to help - in fact, I was given different advice from 3 employees.

[Rikki @RikMar14]

@BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays Can someone please explain how you can close a school PTA account and not inform the school of this? Now, you have made it impossible to obtain a claim form for the £6k the school raised for vulnerable pupils!! @financialombuds

@meg_stanley_ @mywestldn I’m guessing that business is down at Rita’s Curry House because of their food hygiene rating of 1 and not that people can’t afford it.

@HM_Passport I have not yet received our supporting documents after renewing my sons passport. His new passport was issued 4 weeks ago and your website currently advises “up to 2 weeks” for documents to be returned. Is this accurate?
