@KingBobIIV@Keir_Starmer Thou art a beslubbering, boil-brained, fen-sucked hedge-pig! A fustilarian, clotpole, whoreson, lily-livered, action-taking knave who prattles of tolerance whilst being a most useless, mewling milksop.
A plague upon thy empty virtue-signalling!
(Shakespeare would approve.)

Today the SDP publishes 'The Investment State'. It is our latest Green Paper that sets out to make a strong argument for why the United Kingdom is poorer than it should be, and what a government serious about growth would do about it.
We are inviting you to have this conversation with us.

Standard of living, standard of living, standard of living.
This is the SDP’s first and only aim for the British people: not to maximise the GDP number with infinite migration or to follow some vague progressive cause, but to maximise the standard of living.
This should be every party’s aim, but it isn’t. If you want to find out how we will do this, read below 👇 https://t.co/BEvITOYeEn

I’ve seen that Reform have said they won’t be announcing their candidates in Leeds because they feel intimidated — yet candidates are being announced elsewhere.
Let me share my own experience.
In 2021, I was accused of being racist simply for using a “see no evil” emoji (I’m not joking — the original post is in the photos). I was ridiculed, made to feel threatened, and accused of something I absolutely am not.
But did I back down? No. I stood my ground and kept pushing for change. I raised over £2,500, took action where necessary by sending solicitors’ letters, and the following year I was elected.
Some of the comments I received were disgusting. Others were just baseless political point-scoring - a few examples below.
Those who know me understand this: I treat people the way they treat me. It really is that simple.
