Hi @Tesco
On Good Friday I experienced the most awful and humiliating experience in your Hurst Park (Surrey) store. I popped in to pick up groceries on my way to visit friends. I used “scan as you go” as I always do, and paid £75.92 for my groceries, using my Apple Pay.
@CalHewitt What would be more interesting is if we had a figure for the actual “demand” of tests. There could be 100k tests a day half a million or whatever but it means nothing if we can’t see if (I’m assuming we are) falling short of demand
We all have to die sooner or later. If I get Covid and cop it, so be it. My time has come. I'll have had a good life, better than most in this world at any rate. I certainly don't expect the entire nation to bankrupt itself to save my sorry ass.
@CalHewitt I honestly can’t see how we can’t just go back to nationwide lockdown now, if Europe is getting bad and pockets are kicking off here back to full lockdown
@CalHewitt It’s most likely not, unless they do something mega with it. Il admit wipeout is pretty good but bit of a novelty. I’d just lend it or have a go on someone’s. The absolute dream would be if they did a pod racer VR! Surely that can’t be that hard to build?!
@CalHewitt Wipeout is mint but basically that’s all your buying it for, mines just sat on shelf. On the plus side they’ve said it’s ps5 compatible and they won’t be bringing out a new version so you won’t lose out if you get one
@dalewetter Yeah it’s a fucking shame, I don’t want to take responsibility away from them at all but this is unprecedented. Hopefully lessons will be learned
@dalewetter Ahh sorry, hard to tell the tone when it’s just text! Yeah totally agree very little progress has been made. Yesterday’s announcement didn’t help with the pure ambiguity of it. People find their own meaning if there isn’t clarity
