I would start with the person that shot and killed him? Don’t think too much into it, it’ll hurt your brain and keep your vitriol views and emotions stewing. Ask yourself, how would you respond to your young spouse and the parent of your young children being murdered by a stranger at work….what do you say to them?

May I suggest, let’s move that money into identifying and correcting the systemic latent factors that have caused so many to completely disregard civil sanity and a society that embraces vs correct non-rational, non-human behavior and lifestyles. This happened in less than 30 yrs. Compare society from 1950-1999 to out society bw 2000-2025.
