At the 6A Region 2 cross country meet, I finished in 4th place earning a spot to the state meet. I ran a PR of 18:31 for the 5k.

So grateful to have made it this far this season. At the regional track meet, I ended the season with a PR by 17 seconds in the 2 mile. Finished 4th overall with a time of 10:59.

At the Area track meet I ran a 11:18 3200m and a 5:10 1600m, getting first place in both events. Time for regionals!

Congrats to these ladies for earning their “wings” for hitting specified goal times. Treasure Bethea sub 60 in the 400, Ella Perry 11:17 in the two mile; 5:11 in the mile, and Tyana Hymes sub 50 in the 300 hurdles. If you have a vision, write it down and make it plain.

Lady Knight’s saw it’s sixth gold medal this year with Ella Perry bringing home a gold to win the Bronco Invitational in Temple running a 18:45 to win it. Teammate Kailyn Denney followed right behind with a silver medal running a 19:14. The team also also finished first overall.
