Hey fam, just a heads-up that I will likely be less consistent than usual here for a while 🫡
This year is continuing to bring lots of big shifts and changes that are taking up more of my energy and attention.
Next up: Finding a new apartment with my lady friend while helping her grow her biz, levelling up at my 9-5, and making lots of time to hang with fam and friends.
It's an exciting time, and ironically, I've never been more committed to my path as a coach and spiritual seeker.
I'm just getting a download from life that certain parts of this path are going to need to wait while I focus my energy on what's in front of me. And that's okay.
I hope you're having a fantastic year and look forward to keeping tabs on the Twitterverse over the next few months.
Time (and intuition) will tell when I'm ready to pick things up again full-speed on here. In the meantime, I appreciate you! 🤟
In any game, there are basic moves and elite-level moves.
In life, the basic moves are affirmations, deep breathing, self-help books, etc.
The elite-level moves are embracing your shadow, releasing your ego, and sharing your authentic truth with others.
Which ones did I miss?
From a young age, I've always felt an irresistible pull to honor my spiritual path.
There's just no way I can go through life without being tuned in on that level.
To some people, that might sound weird or unnecessary.
To me, it feels normal and non-negotiable.
@mikemillerfilms That’s true Mike – it’s reliable and challenging at the same time. That said, these days I still find it easier than the alternative :)
Major hack for letting go of worry about where you're at in life:
Remember that you can't see the full picture and therefore can't know how close you are to your destination.
You can only focus on taking one next step that feels good..
And trust that the dots will connect.
As I go through day-to-day life, I focus less on reminding myself:
"Everything happens for a reason."
And more on asking:
"What about this situation is working in my favor?"
One can lead to a victim mindset..
The other always makes me feel empowered.
Recently been leaning into TRUST a lot more than ever.
Making sure I'm really embodying trust instead of just telling myself to "trust the process."
So like whenever my mind drifts off to worry territory, I'm pulling it back and taking a moment to FEEL trust.
It's working 👌
Communication is a two-player game, but it just takes one person to step up and share what's on their mind (and heart) on a deeper level.
Then it's up to the other person to meet them there and take the journey with them.
Relationships that have this kinda dynamic are my fave.
@konzeptbildung Yeah man! 37 is a number that follows me around non-stop (in some seriously spooky ways sometimes haha). It’s pretty cool to read the numerology behind it. I also wrote about an injury example here: https://t.co/VdA3JvZnAb
I've gained a lot of insight from Googling repeating numbers, animals, and even physical injuries that keep showing up in my life (i.e. the spiritual meaning of these).
It's about noticing patterns and synchronicities, and being open to learning from them. Give it a try ;)
It's cool to be alive at a time when we have access to platforms like this that make it so easy to channel our inner creative energy.
I got no plans, I'm just channeling out here. Excited to see where the flow goes.
I’ve been obsessed with studying and practicing personal growth for 15+ years.
Why?
Because it became clear to me at a young age that no other form of work had greater potential to improve my quality of life (on every level).
The real work isn’t easy. Or sexy. Or always fun.
But I can’t imagine living my life without doing it 🙏
Playing the game of life in mind mode:
🧠 Striving
🧠 Looking for answers
🧠 Trying to see the whole path
Playing in intuition mode:
🔮 Allowing
🔮 Letting answers find you
🔮 Only looking for one next step
Which mode are you playing in today?
I don’t believe in journaling, for one simple reason:
If an idea is important enough for me to write down, it’s important enough to act on.
And if it’s important enough to act on, I shouldn’t have to write it down.
I implement new ideas into my life quickly. No notes required.
If you’re in a situation that has you thinking:
“I don’t see how this could possibly end well”
That’s okay.
If you can stick with it for long enough to avoid cutting it short out of fear..
Life will give you a solution that you absolutely love.
There are lots of games for us to play in life.
To me, spirituality is the one that feels most important to master.
The cool thing is, I can practice it while playing literally any other game 🤓
Tuning into your spiritual path early in life can feel like a blessing and a curse:
👍 It’s exhilirating and you can see more clearly
👎 It can feel isolating because few others are on your wavelength
What I’ve learned:
Just stay on the path. It just keeps getting better.
One of the biggest lessons of my 20s:
You can manifest whatever you want most in life..
But you have very little control over:
a) How it shows up in your life
b) The details of what it looks like
In other words, you’ll get the big thing, but the details might surprise you.
I've had some transformational experiences this year
(International travel + some uber-deep conversations)
That have allowed me to drop a sh*tload of ego baggage that was holding me back for a long time.
Feels like I broke the cocoon & my inner butterfly is coming out
