@Lazy_Pay Finally after two months on 8 Dec 2021, I received my refund back to the source account however now customer care is asking to the payment of 12163, which is rs 2386 more than the total outstanding. So I pay this late fee for you keeping my money for more than 2 months.

@Lazy_Pay The experience with you guys over the past 2 months has been horrible. I did the payment of Rs 9642.50 on 30' th September, which was my total outstanding, the money got deducted from account but was not credited to the lazy pay account.
