@MCA21India Easy to incorporate a company, bt wat about directors of inactive companies?
If company is no longer doing bness & director wants to permanently exit, there should be a clear and simple DIN surrender option.
Easy entry should also mean easy exit.

Why is portal down today? There is an extension already announced?

Because LLP Form 8, MSME, PAS-6, MGT-14, DIR 12, ADT-1 or any other form's due date is not extended except for AOC4 and MGT7 🤷‍♂️

Fix the portal, acknowledge the issues, and provide due-date relief!

A client informed me that as per #ICAI guidance note, even LLP's are required financial statements of an LLP with a turnover exceeding ₹5 crore must be in rounding off.

Is it true? If yes we will need same data in actual for form 8 and how does it even make sense?

Why we are asking extension for only these two forms.. what about other filings and compliances which someone want to do and is/will be penalized due to mca portal issue.

We have worked on Dussera, working on non working Saturday, asking team to work late night/early morning because portal does not work during normal working hours.

What is the point of giving extension at last moment and make everyone suffer unnecessarily?
