@SamsungIndia Hello Samsung I would like to raise an issue about my Led replacement pending almost now two months and samsung service centre guys visit my home and checked my product while opening the panel and they broke the 4 locks of my 75 " led panel and back frame.

Then I told them I want to replace my Led because it was purchased a few months ago and I spent lots of money to buy my Led now they just want to replace the panel and now they are telling me we can replace the back frame too. And over the phone service centre person shows me

Another issue I have got in My Scorpio N all four tyres of my suv got flattened from the rubber because of manufacturing fault which is dealership not able to fix with wheels alignment they had done few times at there workshop they did rotated all the tyres problem remains same
