Respect for the dead does not require agreement with everything they did. It simply reflects our own values and character. May Allah forgive his shortcomings
@YusufMBuhari No leader is beyond criticism, and none is without accomplishments. A mature society acknowledges both. Resorting to disgusting comments contributes nothing to an honest assessment of history. May Allah forgive his shortcomings
@Proud_Aboki This is the only thing you know. When we (Northerners) are abused and called names, we always complain of that harsh reality. How does this solves Nigeria's problems? or even put a spoonful of food on your table. Shame on the people who never worried about their actions
Exactly 100 years ago I lost my great-grandfather Sarkin Kano Usman II who was the 9th Fulani Emir of Kano son of Abdullah Maje Karofi (4th Emir of Kano) & grandson of Ibrahim Dabo (2nd Emir of Kano).
Born in 1844 ascended the throne in 1919 and died Monday 26th April 1926. RIP
@BashirAhmaad This is not an issue of legality or religion, it is humane not to eat in front of a fasting person on a broad day. How can you feel about eating in front of a hungry person who can't afford a meal during normal days? What you can feel is the same way a fasting person feels
Honestly, in all my years, I have never witnessed political mastery like that of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. His political intelligence, patience and deep understanding of power dynamics are unmatched. He doesn’t rush battles; he studies them, plans carefully and strikes at the right moment. The way he has consistently drawn high-profile politicians, strong political structures and once-opposing forces into the APC is not by noise, but by strategy, dialogue and timing.
Tinubu understands that politics is about inclusion, negotiation and long-term vision, not ego. His ability to manage diverse interests across regions, ideologies and personalities is rare and should genuinely be studied by future political leaders. What many see as impossible alignments, he turns into reality through calm calculation and superior political instincts.
At this point, the signs are clear. With this level of leadership and political coordination, I confidently and solemnly agree: it is APC till 2031
Why should the government in troubled northern states continue to operate boarding schools especially that of girls in their states when they very well know that they lack the capacity to provide adequate security for those schools? Haba!! May Allah bring them back safely
