@Meesho_Official I have ordered the combo packs of 2 and requested for the exchange and received only one item however the courier person has taken both the products from me and didn’t receive the refund of the item that I have handed over to him.
Asking me to forget the amount that I don’t have with me. This is literally ridiculous how can you overcharged for the product that I haven’t received. You should look into this and give me a refund of the product that I don’t have.

Because it was never conveyed to me and the courier invoice was issued to me on 6-12-2025. Do you think is it even possible to get fulfilled this kind of stupid things where I am not holding the article and even though put my amount already after courier
Last time I spoke to some one his name was Abhishek he told me the issue was never registered it’s bit shocking for me but still I cooperated and he has ensured I will get the refund within timeframe but till now there is no update
@amazonIN first time when I spoke to person he asked to share the courier receipt I did that and after sometime I have called he told me to reply to email although it was received from no reply email. It seems like your executive are not well trained.

Amazon platform has accepted the order but surprisingly Instant of giving a door service he was asking me to come 3KM to get the order and when I spoke to your so called customer support team they didn’t give me any solution and promised me that they will arrange to deliver soon
