I've been a bit slow on tweeting recently due to family health issues.

Big shout out to the #NHS for being absolutely fantastic, efficient, kind, patient, & literally life-saving.

We are so lucky in the #UK to have this included free as citizens. Don't listen to anyone who says a USA private health insurance model is the way forward - they are lying & have a vested interest to personally profit.

In the situation I've been witnessing for the last few months, private health care hasn't really actually done anything of merit in my opinion, & the NHS has done all the life-saving care & after-care.

Anybody who tries to bring down the NHS by propaganda is an enemy of the people. Simple as that.
