I've created this account in order to register ALL bugs and errors that cause significant issues in competitive League of Legends.
The goal is to prove how much the instability of the game hurts its competitive scene.

Riot does it again, in TES' Worlds Group Stage match against GAM, TES JackeyLove's Maw activates but it doesn't absorb any damage from GAM Levi's Karthus ult.
TES can't finish GAM's nexus before losing the fight, and immediately lose the game in GAM's response push.
This bug might have eliminated TES from Worlds.
In the final moments of GAM vs TES, Karthus ults TES team.
Nami w/ 96 MR takes 930 Damage.
Lucian w/ 100 MR takes 924 Damage.
But Lucian had Maw. It activated, but didn't block any damage. Otherwise, he would have had 600+ HP.
Riot does it again, in FNC's Worlds Group Stage game against EDG, FNC Razork's Poppy attacks Jinx under tower but doesn't get aggro.
This is a known bug that happens when someone uses ignite near a turret and then dies. No action has been taken.
Riot does it again, in RGE's Worlds Group Stage match against GAM, the animation on Larssen's Orianna ult appeared on top of his head, but the damage and displacement from the ult hit on a different location.
The bug was not detected during the game so there was no chronobreak.
Riot does it again, in the game-deciding teamfight of G2's Worlds group stage game against JDG, G2 Brokenblade's Darius ult went on cooldown when his target died in mid-air.
This is a known bug that has been in the game for a long time. No action has been taken.
Riot does it again, in DRX's Worlds Group Stage game against TES a bug with Gnar's boomerang makes it turn in Wayward's direction, allowing Kingen and Pyosik to execute an easier dive.
This bug happened previously in LEC in April 2021 and was reproduced and reported by @_Caenen.
In DRX vs TES game Gnar uses his Q, but thanks to the boomerang Bug it gets redirected to a completely wrong place and hits Jax. This Bug allowed DRX to eventually kill Jax and secure First Blood.
This bug also happened in LEC in April 2021.
Riot does it again, in X7's tiebreaker match for first in EUM group stage vs LDLC, Viking's Rek'sai doesn't move through the wall even though a tunnel is created.
Chronobreak was used which caused significant delays, and the first 6 minutes of the game were not broadcast at all.
Riot does it again, the Unleashed Teleport summoner spell has been bugged to have its cooldown reduced by Ability Haste.
This bug can be seen in effect in multiple pro-play clips.
Riot does it again, in today's LCK quarterfinals match between DK and KT, during the second game KT Rascal's Ornn was unable to upgrade KT Aiming's mythic.
The bug was not noticed immediately by the players, so after a pause a few minutes later the game was continued normally.
Riot does it again, on the 16th of August one of Riot's Tournament Realm severs in Europe had persistent issues.
This caused hour-long delays in the play of multiple ERL matches, including SL2 finals, Turkey Academy semifinals and NLC2 semifinals.
Riot does it again, in an SL2 playoffs match between WIZ and FAL on the 2nd of August, the herald fails to deal tower damage after the charge animation.
The game was paused but no chronobreak was available so it was continued. WIZ Universe died immediately after the pause.
Riot does it again, in an LCK match between DRX and NS on the 5th of August, DRX Beryl immediately respawned after dying.
The game was paused but continued without a chronobreak. The bug reocurred twice in the game, affecting NS Snowflower.
Riot does it again, in Patch 12.14 the damage on ALL turret shots only scales once (40%) instead of up to three times (120%).
This bug has already appeared in competitive games since the patch went live in LPL a week ago.
