Four players were in double figure for #2 Whitman Hanson as they beat #18 Fontbonne in the Sweet 16 of the MIAA State Tournament on Wednesday night by the final score of 71-47. Senior guard Dylan Hurley tossed in 5 3-pointers on the night and finished with a game high 29 points for the Panthers to bring her career point total to 998. Captains Maliah Pierre and Leah Daley helped out the scoring cause posting 17 points and 11 points each. Senior Alayna Bathalon threw in three 3-pointers of her own and also chipped in with 11 points. The team advances to the Elite 8 for the third consecutive season in a row. They will host #7 seeded Oliver Ames at home on Friday night.

21 years ago tonight, the Red Sox pulled off the greatest comeback in MLB history. I've watched this clip a million times & will likely watch it a million more. In fact, at my funeral, just play this on loop with a note that says "he got to see it." Folks will know I died happy.
