[akiあき ⭐️ @akimymeow]

people need to stop saying xenosaga ep 3 is the best saga game when it's NOT and im TIRED of people overlooking the terrible writing choices they inflict on shion just bc ep3 has a lot of hype moment and aura

[Amy Jellicoe renaissance @Rippaz]

@DREAMING_KATT Love your deep dives. It’s nice to see someone actually dissect what happened rather than go with the convenient “they just wanted to change things up.”

I was young at the time but even I knew something was seriously wrong behind the scenes.

[DREAMING_KATT @DREAMING_KATT]

This restructuring ended with Takahashi being forcefully resigned, and a new team being instated to lead Xenosaga.
And that's how Monolith Soft ended up burning the bridges between many of the series' key creators and artists, and also much of its primary audience early on

[DREAMING_KATT @DREAMING_KATT]

So there was a forceful switchover which took many Xenosaga staff members unceremoniously without any notice, the ex-Monolith employee also stated that Takahashi was pretty furious at this happening, and that the many people who resigned from Monolith did so because of this
