@TalktoBPI Hello, I can't link my bpi debit card to PayPal or make any online purchases. It seems that my card is not activated for any online service.

However I did activate it for international access and e-commerce access in my online banking under settings a fortune on calls

@EA_Group this is our policy number : IB1800256DECOM this is our Opodo booking ID 5039344753. i dont have any other reference IDs apart from our Emirates booking ID. what shall i do? Emirates canceled our flights and Opodo offer only no refund so i like to claim our money back

@emirates So are you issuing full refunds for canceled flights or not? been on call with Opodo today,they say i can get only a travel voucher but no refund. Emirates Germany tell me i can get a refund but they will keep 144Euro per person and should contact Opodo? is this some joke?

@opodo he tell me he will send me instructions to my email howto get a refund. i check email and all i find their is contact details from Qatar Airways lol. Tell me , how brain dead isthe support please?

@opodo support tells me i can get only a voucher. i tell them that Emirates issues refunds as well accroding to their website. so he tell me to contact Emirats when Emirates clearly states on their website you shouldcontact the travel agent you booked with to get a refund. WTF is this?

@opodo so finally got hold of someone at the german support by finding some secret german phone number on OPODO NO FB group.of course that guy was useless and clueless with broken german. Emirates offer refund or voucher for canceled flights
