Model-Driven AI,
Data-Driven AI,
Decision-Driven AI.
This was the AI progression I wrote into Ripple in 2021.
Five years later, Diogo Almeida's talk about Jev has made the idea feel much less fictional.

Indie dev dilemma:
Ship early and learn from players — or keep polishing until the game becomes something truly special?
I’ve done both. I’m still not sure which instinct is healthier.
Perfect It or Ship It?

If AI writes the code, what does the developer do?
Less syntax. More mechanics, rules, solvability — and deciding what’s worth building.
AI can implement. The developer still has to invent.

@0xDanielAI Couldn’t agree more. That “expensive in brain, not in assets” line nails it. Inventing genuinely new mechanics still feels like a stronghold of human creativity.
AI is killing the cost barrier of big games, not the thinking barrier of new ones.
Why? AI can copy familiar structures. New mechanics have no playbook.
The hardest games for AI may be the smallest ones.

For centuries, images were made to be seen.
Now they can also be explored, remembered, heard, connected to stories — and played.
We call this idea Playable Image.
A new digital medium for images:

@William67335893 Thanks for checking out my Playable Image posts, William! Your Southeast Asia photography gave me an idea — I’d love to turn a few of your photos into a playable image pack. I think your work could be a natural fit. Happy to tell you more if you’re interested.
I’ve spent years backing up thousands of photos I rarely revisit. At the same time, I’ve become impatient with almost everything—I want everything faster.
Now I want to break that pattern through Playable Image:

iaBrick begins where intelligence is first divided.
How about a puzzle game built entirely around binary patterns?
Red vs. Green.
Cats vs. Dogs.
Predators vs. Herbivores.

Some things should not be outsourced to AI.
Even if AI can do them better.
