I bought Solgar 22mg picolinate. On my 2nd attempt I was using it every other day as to halve the dose but still had problems. Does it work like that or would I be better splitting the tablets in half and taking roughly 11mg per day?

@NutriDetect Hi Garrett, I recently switched from zinc gluconate to picolinate after reading some posts of yours. However this seemed to cause me to have bad diarrhoea for 2 weeks. I gave it a break for a month and tried again with the picolinate, again I had bad diarrhoea. Any thoughts mate?
