@VideoGameHstry Nearly every game I own is on disc, I would rather have a disc any day, can play on or offline, around your friends, can trade it in or sell it if you want, you can't do any of this with digital

@Caspersight Just watched your fasting video on YouTube, I follow Ben Azadi on YouTube and have his Metabolic Freedom book, I'm type 1 diabetic and changed my diet totally about a year ago thanks to Ben, I regularly do fasting but I haven't done 5 days, I've done 3 and lost 2 stone so far
