3. Donation best practice: If you are donating, please supply only the materials listed by the agencies. Any additional material that's not needed becomes a logistical problem for the agencies.

4. Delete your old rescue/relief tweets if the requirement has been met. Keeps the information channels clean and current.

Now talked to the technician after his office hours and he gets a replacement without taking original one. The refrigerator is working fine for about 2 months. But yes, I am done with LG n its so called world class service

Refrigerator failed after <10 years ... problem diagnosed, PCB failed so needs replacement. But, behold, part is scrapped and hence cannot be replaced, means perfectly fine refrigerator is just a scrap. 1 of 2

@LGIndia the refrigerator that was bought with 10 yrs Compressor warranty has PCB parts getting discontinued in 5 years as per your call centre and that refrigerator is now useless though it is in running condition. How do u expect consumer to digest this. Pls advice
