Even after visiting an Airtel store nearby yday and being assured of resolution, I'm still here without a working WiFi of a company that treats its customers in the worst way with no regards at all.

I keep getting SMS every couple of hours that they're still working and I should expect the services to be restored at this particular time but that time hasn't come still. Do you guys not care about your customers and have started to take them for granted?

@IDFCFIRSTBank I was told that it was due to a technical glitch that I haven't received the welcome benefits yet, and that they would reflect without 3-4 working days.
I hope this time it will be resolved for once and for all
