@UberEats hi

[Rishabh Jain @Rishabh2504]

@rajat_garg25 @etihad @EtihadHelp @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia Where is my fault. You should not take booking if you cannot provide accommodation...what should i do now.. what i will do 48 hours in abudhabi airport

[Rishabh Jain @Rishabh2504]

@etihad @EtihadHelp @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia i am an Indian citizen...Explaining my concern with ETIHAD AIRWAYS..

I booked my return flight from the USA to India via Abu Dhabi on 17th Sept 2024 with a stopover option for 2 days(10th Jan 2025 and 11 th Jan )

 while returning back to USA where ETIHAD AIRWAYS provides 2 days free hotel.

So i opted this option on 17th sep 2024. But later on when my travel date was near i tried to book my hotel but etihad airways website was showing that you are not eligible for the stopover..

I contacted customer service via phone also their superviser for the same everytime they said they are checking with the concerned team for this and they will get back to me in couple of days but i never heard back anything from them.. if you want i can provide some names also in email or call.

Now my return flight is next week in which there is more than 2 days layover in abudhabi.. i requested customer care to provide me hotel otherwise what i will do 2 days in abudhabi as my usa flight from abudhabi was aligned with stopover..

Please advise on this ASAP ... Where is my fault .. why i am getting tortured.. last year also i travelled from etihad airways only..

Please advise what i will do 48 hours on the ABU DHABI airport.. is it even possible to stay at airport for 48 hours... I booked roundtrip then why you guys giving me 48 hours layover .. if you are giving me that then please provide me hotel atleast. ..

[Rishabh Jain @Rishabh2504]

@rajat_garg25 @etihad @EtihadHelp @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia Airlines is neither providing hotel nor aligning flight with connecting flights .. how they can give 48 hours layover in roundtrip without giving accomodation

[Rishabh Jain @Rishabh2504]

@etihad What are alternative options?

[Rishabh Jain @Rishabh2504]

@etihad Can you share those alternative options over here

[Rishabh Jain @Rishabh2504]

@etihad May i have any words on this?

[Rishabh Jain @Rishabh2504]

@etihad I dont see any alternative option provided in direct chat... Can you please confirm will you guys reimburse the amount for hotel booking if i will book my hotel ..

[Rishabh Jain @Rishabh2504]

@etihad @EtihadHelp @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia Please advise here for the raised concern
