Extremely disappointed with customer support from @bigbasket_com. Recent order issue was handled with nothing but repetitive, copy-paste responses. I requested a replacement voucher to place the order again, but that request was only ignored.

I raised an issue regarding Rajdhani Unpolished Moong Dal delivered on 28 May, as packets contained insects. It's been over 20 days, & every follow-up gets same response: "We'll get back in 3 hours."

@ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care Very disappointed with the handling of my newly issued credit cards. It was disabled & destroyed even though the virtual card was in active use with outstanding dues. No delivery attempt or intimation, yet marked returned. Poor experience!
