A mechanic suggested that camber angle should be adjusted. When I shared this recommendation with your service manager such an adjustment is not possible. Imdisappointed by the lack of resolution and the repeated replacement of parts without addressing the root cause of the issue

@MGMotorIn have been an MG Hector owner and was initially very satisfied with the after-sales service .However, my recent experiences over the past 2-3 visits have been disappointing. I have observed a decline in service quality, with lack of skilled technicians.

I have previously raised a complaint regarding a persistent noise in my vehicle. On the advice of your service advisor, I replaced the tyres, shock absorbers, and lower arms; however, the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I am advised to replace a different part.

Firstly, I have found that the spare parts for your vehicles are not only expensive but also of subpar quality, as they do not last long. Additionally, the condition of your service centres is disappointing, with inadequate waiting lounges and washroom facilities for customers
