My service request is SR293154, and its been more than 1 month since it got closed by you guys. This is regarding security deposit refund. You guys said that you will be sending cheque to my address, but still I haven't received it.

@Lets_Colive I would recommend to look elsewhere, even its 10kms far. But never move to colive. No customer care. You can forget your security deposit if you choose to live there as they won't refund you that.
It's been 1 year for me and still haven't received my deposit.

Today the package is out of delivery, but as previously mentioned I am not present at the address. So, I asked the delivery guy to not deliver the package as I will be out for atleast 2 Weeks.

I placed order on 17th January and it was supposed to be delivered by 20th January. The package reached Hyderabad on 19th. Today is 23rd January and I still haven't received it.
