Revered Babuji Maharaj gave us an important definition of wisdom. He said, "Live as if you are going to die the next moment." So wisdom is in spending a life with utmost vigilance, in order to maintain a high level of purity.
Heartfulness practice teaches us how to move away from this unconscious lifestyle. In meditation, we progressively feel each new moment of consciousness, leading to a purposeful life and a purposeful death.

Experience transcends mere knowledge. It is through experience that knowledge truly comes alive. For example, we can read volumes on love and listen to poems and stories about love, but it is in experiencing love that its true essence is understood.
Similarly, esoteric ideas and spiritual teachings can be grasped intellectually. However it is through the experience of meditation that its transformative power is felt. This experience is the foundation of Heartfulness.
The practice of meditation is not merely about acquiring the knowledge of the heart; it is about experiencing the depths of one’s own being.

A life led under the shadow of illusion, ignorance, darkness, and unawareness is like living in hell. In contrast, a life led with clarity, innocence, awareness, and cheerfulness is a heavenly life. This is the beauty of Bhakti.
Bhakti, intense love for the Beloved, irons out the rising and falling waves of emotions, of being and becoming, into one uniform homogeneity of Divinity.

A momentous day unfolded at the Heartfulness’s headquarters, Kanha Shanti Vanam ( @kanhashantivan ) marking the beginning of the Global Spirituality Mahotsav, organised with @MinOfCultureGoI !
The experience was truly remarkable, not only for the audience but also for the renowned singer, composer, and Grammy award winner, Shankar Mahadevan ( @Shankar_Live ), flautist and composer, for Shashank Subramanyam ( @shashankflute ) and for the violinist and musician, Kumaresh Rajagopalan ( @Fiddlingmonk ).
The sight of people from various faiths, religions, and spiritual backgrounds coming together in pursuit of peace, all harmonizing to the rhythms as one, was truly exceptional!

Remembering the founder of Heartfulness, Pujya Babuji Maharaj, as the second batch of #HeartfulnessBhandara came to an end.
There is so much one can express about him. Shri Ram Chandra, fondly referred to as Babuji, lived in the narrow bylanes of Shajahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. In his small home, Babuji first started training people in the practice of Sahaj Marg - the natural path, a simple technique centered around heart-based meditation, now known as Heartfulness. He had been taught this technique by his spiritual guide, and in 1945, Babuji established the Shri Ram Chandra Mission in memory of his teacher. One of the founding principles of the mission was to always provide meditation training for free to all who seek it.
A humble, deeply compassionate, and practical person, Babuji believed that spirituality belonged to every human as a birthright. As people realized the efficacy of Heartfulness, they were drawn to Babuji from all corners of the globe. He planted a seed for world peace, and now Heartfulness is spread in 160 countries with thousands of trainers around the world!

Hi there,
My Nothing Phone 2 is ringing with the lights and everything, but nothing pops on the screen. Usually that's a call tone, but I don't get any call or any message. Is it a software issue?
Thank you.
