⚠️ Après les insultes de Kagame et celles de sa fille, un sénateur rwandais influent appelle le M23 à tirer sur le président Tshisekedi : que se cache-t-il derrière cette haine exprimée par des officiels rwandais à la place d’une diplomatie digne ?

Suite à la main tendue du président Félix Tshisekedi au Rwanda, la réaction du régime de Kigali a été d’une hostilité révélatrice.

Plutôt que de saisir l’occasion d’un apaisement, c’est une déferlante d’insultes et de provocations qui s’est abattue, du sommet de l’État jusqu’à ses relais familiaux et politiques.

D’abord, Paul Kagame lui-même, visiblement irrité par cette offre de dialogue, a publiquement qualifié le président congolais de « tambour vide qui fait beaucoup de bruit » 🥁 — une métaphore méprisante, laissant transparaître une perte totale de sang-froid face à la posture ferme mais ouverte de Kinshasa.

Ensuite, sa fille, Ange Kagame, s’est invitée dans le débat sur les réseaux sociaux, qualifiant les propos de Tshisekedi de « délires ».

Une sortie surprenante venant d’un membre de la famille présidentielle, traduisant à la fois un réflexe d’arrogance dynastique et une confusion entre affaires d’État et règlements de comptes personnels.

Et maintenant, c’est un sénateur rwandais, Evode Uwizeyimana — proche du régime et ancien ministre — qui a franchi un nouveau cap au cours d'un débat sur la chaine youtube igihe (lien : https://t.co/SXZ5vZHuOV) en appelant littéralement le M23, mouvement armé soutenu par Kigali, à tirer sur le président Tshisekedi. 🔫

Une déclaration d’une extrême gravité, assimilable à une incitation à l’assassinat d’un chef d’État voisin, proférée par un haut responsable d’un pays membre de l’Union africaine.

Tout cela en quelques jours, après un simple geste diplomatique d’ouverture du président congolais.

Ce déchaînement verbal illustre une chose : la nervosité d’un pouvoir rwandais déstabilisé par le changement de ton à Kinshasa — et qui montre clairement qui veut la paix et qui la refuse à tout prix.

Au lieu d’accueillir la main tendue, Kigali choisit la voie de l’insulte, du mépris et maintenant de la menace armée.

Mais plus le régime s’exprime, plus il se dévoile. Et plus le monde découvre son vrai visage : celui d’un pouvoir enfermé dans la violence, incapable de tolérer la moindre remise en question.

⚖️ Le contraste est saisissant :

d’un côté, un chef d’État congolais qui tend la main au nom de la paix nationale, régionale et pour préserver des vies humaines tant éprouvées ;

de l’autre, un président rwandais et son entourage qui répondent par le dénigrement, la dérision et la haine pour préserver un statu quo arrangeant pour l’envahisseur.

Une séquence qui, à elle seule, résume la divergence d’intérêts entre Kigali et Kinshasa quant à la volonté de mettre un terme à cette guerre meurtrière.

En bref, cela cache un réel déséquilibre moral et politique entre les deux capitales — la première ayant moins de scrupule que la deuxième.

📜 Cette manière de faire rappelle le moment où le président Juvénal Habyarimana avait ratifié les accords de paix d’Arusha et appelé à la réconciliation nationale, avant d’être lâchement assassiné avec son homologue burundais et leurs collaborateurs, rendant caduque toute possibilité de transition pacifique.

Faire la paix n’a jamais été une option pour Kagame!
