@EndsArcades The place would be gentrified if we didn’t buy it - that’s exactly what we are saving it from. We sustain local businesses and artists while providing housing at the same time. He no longer wants to be a landlord so his plan is to either turn the sun into luxury flats or sell it

@EndsArcades When you are trapped in a system all you can do is use it to your advantage, we definitely don’t have the means to overthrow the housing market sadly

@EndsArcades No we actually aren’t claiming to be establishing a new means of housing - we are just trying to save our community hub! This is the only way round it for us as we are all low income creatives with no social leverage. Rome wasn’t built in a day!
