🚨 Personal update: Today is my final day as an intern with @TideIllustrated of the Rivals network.

I’m incredibly grateful to @Tony_Tsoukalas for calling me near the end of my freshman year and giving me the opportunity of a lifetime. He’s been an amazing mentor, and it’s been a blast working with him over the past year.

As a 20-year-old college student, I’ve gotten to live out some of my biggest dreams, covering games in legendary stadiums and connecting with hundreds of amazing people along the way.

This is just the beginning of my journey in sports media, and I’m so thankful to everyone who’s read and supported my work. I’ll have more to share about what’s next very soon.

Here’s my two cents, if we’re assuming modern-day majors to be equivalent to pre-RLCSX world championships, Monkey Moon has still only won 3 RLCS LANs compared to Turbo’s 4. Not only that, and this is the dealbreaker for me, Turbo switched regions and won another World Championship with NRG, proving that he didn’t need Kaydop and Panda to win. Until I see another player do something like this or Monkey Moon wins 5 RLCS LANs then Turbo is still in my opinion the GOAT.

A few months away from being 21, I’ve only got 2 more years left of college. Mostly likely only 2 more years of playing Rocket League competitively and being the best player I can be. 2 more years. I’m going to give it my everything. After that, I’ll be 23, in the real world with serious responsibilities and a job in hopes to provide for my children what my parents did for me. But for now, it’s time to grind. To all my supporters and my doubters, let’s do this thing.
