@CostaCoffee @Starbucks It was in 2023 when you changed your coconut milk and didn't let anyone know. I complained at the time and was told you didn't feel that you needed to do a notice in all stores to let people know because we should be informing you of our allergies each time we go.

@Starbucks whyyyyy??? Now I cannot drink at Starbucks anymore! Literally don't care that people have these milks for allergies. Although... at least you tell us unlike @CostaCoffee who changed the milk and didn't inform anyone that the coconut milk contained soya and made me ill!

@ColsonMothoagae @MercedesBenz I had to take my car back to Mercedes several times and customer service was dismissive and rude. I decided to get rid in the end and never get another Merc. They need to sort their "I don't care, I have your money now" customer service!

@Barclaycard ... why do u make things so difficult? If there were branches around me I would go in them. Instead I am wasting time & energy sending u a letter to update my records only for u to respond telling me to go to branch to update my signature then send u another letter!?

@walkers_crisps .... Nigel isn't doing his job properly recently. Maybe he has forgotten what the crisps are meant to taste like. If you would like to replace him then I am always available and I know exactly what Walkers should be.

@walkers_crisps It won't let me DM you. Have you changed how you package recently or something? Trying to get more bags out of the packaging maybe? Using a cheaper machine? Whatever it is, it has made eating a pack of crisps like playing roulette!

@SamsungMobile how do we give feedback on the latest update? The swipe down from the top update for notifications or the control panel is the most annoying &crappy update you have ever done. It makes me debate if my next phone will be Samsung, and I have stuck with you for 25yrs!

@AsdaServiceTeam telling us to visit the store instead of being able to speak to the store directly when calling is terrible customer service. If I could visit the store easily then I would. I wouldn't be calling! I dont want to drive 40mins to find out you dont have what I need!
