At Ristic Innovations our primary focus is to work within major government regulations while focusing on bridging some targeted regions with the global advancement of Blockchain Technology.

Within our Strategic Initiative over the past few months by our legal team and Product development team, here are some basic updates as we expand the Ristic Ecosystem.

- Gradual closure of app waitlist event

The App waitlist was designed to create an easy system to onboard users to participate in the product testing of the ecosystem which will be released in the coming months.

Another key strategic reason for the App waitlist event is to understand the targeted region's status with the global advancement and Blockchain-Based Companies.

Over the past few months, our primary goal has been to gather feedback from users, helping us understand the optimal approach to establish a Digital Innovative Ecosystem in less advanced regions and assess the current status of basic regions with Blockchain-Based Projects.

All these and more have been gathered by our internal team and there has been much progress in balancing the variables toward a full release.

The App Waitlist Event has provided valuable insights into refining the core systems under development within the Ristic Ecosystem. Thanks to all who actively participated.

- Investors' sale regulatory update

When it comes to investment, our team takes pride in adhering to regulatory frameworks. Over the past months, our legal team has reviewed various targeted countries where we plan to operate, ensuring compliance with their regulatory requirements. This has significantly impacted the flow of investors within our ecosystem.

Participants in the investment frameworks, whether the RSM or the PreSeed ICO, should anticipate updates regarding their investments. Our team has made decisions to safeguard their investments within the ecosystem in line with regulatory updates.

In the coming days or weeks, a special announcement on regulatory updates will contain full details surrounding the Ristic Ecosystem Investors' frameworks and the regulation of the basic region.

All investors should be rest assured and not panic around this period as our team will always do what is best in the interest of the entire Ristic Ecosystem Project.

- Pre-Whitepaper Release

One of the most anticipated releases is the Prewhitepaper scheduled for January 2024.

Many Novatores have communicated through various platforms, seeking to understand the fundamental frameworks within the Ristic ecosystem.

Team in the coming days will be releasing the Prewhitepaper, we believe this will be a leap forward for the Novatores to understand our Mission, Visions and Frameworks within the ecosystem further preparing in the process of building a global digital innovation hub.

2024 is expected to be a significant year for blockchain-based frameworks and projects. We are positioning ourselves at the forefront of this movement.

After this update, users may notice blank balances in their App Waitlist dashboard. Do not panic; the system will automatically readjust once we have completed the regulatory adjustment.

Dear Novatores,

In the context of ongoing regulatory adjustments within the App waitlist and the Ristic Ecosystem, we are discontinuing the RSM Investor's Framework.

All investors who have participated in the RSM Framework will see their RIS Balance..

converted to the Preseed ICO balance.

As the adjustment progresses, the RSM Framework will no longer be visible on the dashboard.

The USAS free distribution will continue, with the daily DP conversion rate halving to 0.125 RIS soon.
